Q: Will I get credit if a customer orders by Phone and over the internet?

A: Yes. All of our order options will follow with your partner code including phone orders with a reference code so you get credit for all payment options your customer decides to use.

Q: How much does it cost to start my own business with herbal biz?

A: It costs only $1.95 to start your own business with herbal biz. Once you sign up you will have your own website and have the ability to market over 30 health and beauty products. The $1.95 is also a tax write off.

Q: How do I check how many sales I made?

A: You will go to www.herbalbiz.com and login with your username and password. Once you log in you will check on the word stats and it will show you how many sales you have.

Q: Do I get credit for re-orders? How much?

A: Yes. When a sale comes from your website the customer now belongs to you in our database. Whenever this customer comes back to any of our sites you will get full credit for the sale. Re-Orders are paid the same commission as an initial sale...50%.

Q: What Countries do you ship to?

A: We ship our products all around the world. There are some countries we don't ship to due to fraud and customs regulations. But for the most part we ship everywhere.

Q: Who can own their own business with Herbal Biz?

A: Anyone over 18 years of age is welcome to start their own business with Herbal biz. Please read the terms and conditions for more information.

Q: What can I promote as a Herbal Biz Owner?

A: As a Herbal Biz owner, you can promote all of our popular health and beauty products & health services

Q: Why do I have to enter my Social Security or Tax ID number to sign up?

A: You are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number upon registration. Herbal Biz will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities or a 1042-s for all foreign entities to whom we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more.

Q: How do I make 60% of the purchase price?

A: If you are doing more than 20 sales a day, contact our sales department at info @ herbalbiz.com and one of our representatives will review your account and increase your payout's.

Q: How do I change my account information?

A: You can make changes to your Herbal biz account by logging into your account and then clicking on Account Information.

Q: How much will I be paid?

A: You'll be paid an exact dollar amount depending on what product you sold and what quantity was purchased. Plus, you earn 5% of all commissions earned by any person you refer as a Herbal Biz Partner.

Q:Do you allow HerbalBiz affiliates to market offers on EBay or Amazon?

A:No. We have two authorized dealers for each of these auction sites and do not allow affiliates to compete or liquidate our products on these sites. We have this policy to ensure the integrity of our product lines.

Q: How and when will I be paid?

A: Commission Checks are sent twice a month on the 1st and 16th with no minimums. The sales you generate from the 1st - 15th get paid on the 1st of the following month. The sales you generate from the 16th - 31st get paid on the 16th of the following month. Therefore, there is a two week accounting period before you receive your payout.
